Sicco is an independent CoCreator, trainer, and coach who will always put people first. His mission is to connect people to co-create solutions for various challenges.
From top-down to together and from for the client to with the client. Listening and observing without judgement comes natural to Sicco. This quality makes it easy for him to motivate and involve any type of person. Sicco worked for large corporates as well as small organizations and the government. Next to being the owner/founder of Sicco.frl since 2020 Sicco calls himself CoCreator @ TheCoCreators.
