Anita is an expert in employee development and organizational culture. She has managed various teams and organizations and can be hired as a coach for individuals and teams.
She believes that successful co-creation can only take place when the co-creation team can develop in a safe and inviting atmosphere, where transparency is a given. Anita works for the service industry, industrial services, counties, higher education, and social work organizations. Next to being the owner/founder of Buro van Dormalen, since 2020 Anita calls herself CoCreator @ TheCoCreators.
